Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SleepApply you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SleepApply helps you search job listings, analyse and tailor your CV, draft applications, and (where a listing allows it) submit them. Job listings come from third-party sources and are provided as-is; we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any application will lead to a response or offer.

• Provide accurate information in your profile and CV. AI features re-order and emphasise what you provide — they must not be used to misrepresent your experience.
• Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account.
• Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload it.
• You are responsible for reviewing any application before it is sent.

CV analyses, tailored documents, and Career Coach responses are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review them before relying on or submitting them. You retain ownership of your CV content; you grant us the limited right to process it to provide the features you use.

Core features are free. Paid plans, when available, are billed through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices, renewal terms, and any refund or cancellation rights will be shown at checkout. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & Security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepApply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of your job search. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
